Ingredients:
Base:
500g Crushed Biscuits
100g Margarine (melted)
Toffee:
300g Pure white chocolate
100g Sugar
100 ml Cream
75g Margarine
Cream:
300g Pure white chocolate
150 ml Cream
Vanilla
25g Gelatin leaves
Toppings:
2 Banana
Method:
Base:
Melt margarine and mix with the crushed biscuits. After place on the base of the intended cake.
Toffee:
Warm a deep pan and place the sugar in the pan slowly slowly until it turns into caramel. Meanwhile in an other pan heat the cream and mix with the melted sugar (the caramel). Sieve the content in an other pan and when it cools down to room temperature mix with the melted white chocolate. After mix it with the melted Margarine.
Cream:
Melt the white chocolate and meanwhile heat the cream. Place the gelatin leaves in water, when they become softer mix with the cream until it completely dissolves. After mix it with the White chocolate. Cover the new substance with stretch and seal(touching the substance). Leave it in the refrigerator for a night. Before using it mix it with a whisk. Place the cut bananas on the base a pur the mixture on top of it.
