I was VERY pleased with www.ilovecakes.com.mt!  When I discovered this site would allow me to purchase online from Japan and have a delicious treat delivered to my son's door in Malta I was thrilled!  I chatted with Keith via Live Support to confirm what I hoped to accomplish and he was very efficient, friendly and helpful. 

When the item I wanted (that was pictured in the site banner) was not listed for online ordering Keith quickly added it so I could place the order and make payment through PayPal so my son would not need to pay upon delivery! 

Not only that but when my son's travel plans were changed at the last minute and he was not able to be home at the time I had requested delivery, the amazing people at this company made the extra effort to attempt delivery again and to keep it a surprise until they were successful.  They also kept me posted via email!  My son and his roommates were thrilled when it arrived as you can see from his comments: 

"I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it totally worked out!! they called me in Catania and asked if i was home and i told them i would be at 7 and i was!!! THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was great too because i was really stressed out with all the travel [problems we had] and then i get this cake delivered by my [mom]! Thank you so much!!!!" 

When I asked my son for specifics about the delivery he said it "was a cake that was topped in every imaginable fruit! it was so good!!!!!"

My son is serving a mission for our Church and is currently assigned to Malta.  I have not seen him since Apr of 2009 and it was so wonderful to be able to connect with him in this way!  I will happily place future orders with this company!  The cost was reasonable, the site was user friendly and the staff truly went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction!  I highly recommend www.ilovecakes.com.mt!
