Can I select a particular delivery date?

When placing an order, you should allow a minimum of 24 hours or 48 hours as specified in the cake description, before your desired date. Once you place an order, we will contact you ourselves to arrange a delivery day and time. Should you require delivery on a future date, please specify this when placing your order.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Malta?

Yes, ilovecakes.com.mt delivers to various locations across Malta.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Once you place your order, we contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. However, cakes and desserts must be ordered at a minimum of 24 hours or 48 hours before the desired delivery time. You can verify the minimum ordering hours for every dessert in each product description.

Do you deliver to old people's residences and hospitals?

Yes. Please provide us with the correct location address and contact numbers, so that we will be able to contact you to agree on a delivery time and date.

What days of the week do you deliver?

Deliveries are done between Monday and Saturday.

What are your delivery charges?

There is a charge of €5 per delivery address. This charge is added to your invoice upon checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

There are two basic forms of payment. You may either pay online through Paypal or else pay cash on delivery.

Are cheques accepted?

No. You may either pay online through Paypal or with cash on delivery.

How do I place my order?   

Choose your desired dessert from the catalogue and add it to your shopping cart. Where required, select the desired dessert size and indicate whether you want it to be personalised (including the text you would like to include, a particular image or artwork). When you are satisfied with your selection, proceed to check out. You need to complete a registration form if this is your first time purchasing from ilovecakes.com.mt, otherwise you may just log into your account. Mark your payment preference (online through Paypal or cash on delivery). Submit your order and receive a confirmation email along with your Order Number.

Can I send a personalised message with my gift?

With ilovecakes.com.mt you can personalise your own cake. Send us your desired text (such as ‘Happy Birthday Sarah’), picture, image or corporate logo by email on prints@ilovecakes.com.mt along with the Order Number which is issued once you confirm your order.

Can I send you an image that I would like to be printed on the cake?

Sure. When processing your order, you will be required to select whether you want your cake decoration to be personalized or not. We will send a confirmation email along with your Order Number upon checkout. You may then send us your image/ picture/ artwork by email on prints@ilovecakes.com.mt, along with your order number. Images are printed on a sweet pastry and are transferred onto your cake's face to make an edible work of art.

Is printing done in colour?

Yes, images are printed in colour.

What sizes of cakes do you offer?   

Each dessert has its own size which is specified in the product description. Some cakes have a diameter of 22cm, others of 24 cm or 29cm. Please choose the desired size when a particular dessert can be ordered in different sizes.
